Overview

Premium Retail Services approached Nupixl with a clear problem: their digital ecosystem was outdated, slow, and incapable of keeping up with modern marketing demands. The company’s WordPress-based platform required technical intervention for every update, making marketing teams dependent on developers for even the smallest changes. Analytics were fragmented across multiple systems, creating barriers to insight and data-driven decisions. Nupixl recognized that Premium needed an automation-first rebuild that empowered non-technical users and united content, analytics, and design.

Challenge

The old platform created bottlenecks in publishing and brand management. Campaigns took days to go live, and content inconsistencies undermined credibility. Because each department used its own process, the company lacked a single source of truth for marketing performance. These inefficiencies not only slowed growth but also eroded trust between creative and analytics teams.

Approach

Nupixl conducted a comprehensive digital audit to trace how content moved from ideation to publication. Interviews with stakeholders revealed overlapping approval workflows and duplicated data entry. The proposed solution involved rebuilding the front-end with Webflow while connecting Airtable and Make.com to automate the backend. This architecture would give the marketing department autonomy while ensuring synchronization across teams.

Execution

The Webflow rebuild followed the Client-First and Relume methodologies for clean structure and scalability. Airtable became the operational command center where team members could submit content and trigger automatic Webflow updates through Make.com workflows. Nupixl’s design team prioritized performance, modular components, and SEO-ready templates. Training sessions equipped Premium’s staff to manage the system independently post-launch.

Results

Within sixty days, publishing time dropped from three days to four hours, and RFP submissions increased by thirty-seven percent. Page load times improved by over sixty percent, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. The new system allowed non-technical users to manage campaigns confidently. Premium Retail Services transformed its website from a static asset into a living, automated marketing engine.
