Nupixl was engaged to build a launch framework that combined automation, analytics, and modular design.
Challenge
Stanley X’s process bottlenecks stemmed from sequential dependencies between teams. Approvals were manual, feedback loops were slow, and analytics setup lagged behind launches. These inefficiencies prevented the company from testing ideas quickly. Leadership wanted a system that enabled simultaneous collaboration without sacrificing quality control.
Approach
Nupixl conducted a process-mapping session to visualize the entire product launch lifecycle. The solution centered on an automated system that integrated design, development, and analytics workflows. Webflow served as the visual layer, Airtable as the project database, and GitHub as the version control system. Make.com automations connected each element, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Execution
Nupixl built a custom Webflow component library tailored to Stanley X’s innovation process. Automated approval chains were established to route design, content, and technical reviews. CRO testing was introduced to validate copy and layouts before launch. The system created a feedback loop that empowered rapid, data-driven decision-making.
Results
Launch cycles were reduced from eight weeks to three, cutting approval bottlenecks by sixty percent. Conversion rates improved eighteen percent across all test campaigns.
