Easy Stay Retreats, a boutique short-term rental company, partnered with Nupixl to rebuild its outdated Wix website and establish a more scalable digital presence. The existing platform lacked the flexibility to handle multiple property listings, direct bookings, and affiliate partnerships. Management wanted a website that not only looked professional but functioned as a revenue-driving tool. Nupixl’s challenge was to rebuild the entire site in Webflow, integrate live booking functionality, and create an affiliate marketing system from the ground up.
Challenge
The Wix site had limited customization options and poor backend scalability. Property data had to be updated manually, and there was no centralized way to track performance or bookings. Additionally, the company’s goal of launching an affiliate program was impossible within the constraints of the existing system. Easy Stay Retreats needed a robust, automation-ready platform that unified property management, marketing, and partner tracking in one place.
Approach
Nupixl began by mapping Easy Stay’s business processes, including property listings, affiliate tracking, and guest booking flows. The team selected Webflow for the front-end rebuild due to its modular CMS structure and SEO performance advantages. Hospitable’s API was chosen for live booking synchronization, while Airtable and Make.com were used to automate listing updates and affiliate reporting. A scalable referral system was designed to reward partners for driving direct bookings, tracked via embedded analytics.
Execution
The Webflow rebuild transformed Easy Stay Retreats from a simple marketing site into an operational booking platform. Property listings were dynamically populated from Airtable through Make.com automations, keeping availability and pricing up to date. The affiliate marketing program was developed as a secondary layer of the system, using UTM-based tracking and referral forms built into the site’s CMS. Nupixl also optimized the booking process for mobile users, improving navigation, CTA placement, and load performance.
Results
After launch, Easy Stay Retreats experienced a forty-six percent increase in direct bookings and a substantial reduction in reliance on third-party booking sites. The affiliate program generated its first hundred leads within the first thirty days, expanding the brand’s reach to new travel audiences. Operational workloads decreased by nearly ninety percent, as property updates and reporting became fully automated. The new platform positioned Easy Stay Retreats as a data-driven, partner-friendly hospitality brand built for growth.
