Position Overview
We seek a motivated and organized Project Management Intern to join our team and oversee the production of proof-of-concept projects at Nupixl. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic startup environment. The Project Management Intern will work closely with our development team to ensure the successful execution of proof-of-concept projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate resources, including developers, designers, and other team members, to effectively execute project tasks.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in documenting project requirements, specifications, and outcomes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
